New features and improvements:
Maintain Build Details screen:
* Added a Start Date field to allow for entry of scheduled or actual start dates.
* Allow default scale length assigned to a model to be overwritten once a model is selected.
* Replaced the fields reserved for scale lengths on the Basic Specifications tab with drop-down lists. The lists contain all values previously entered in the respective field.
* Replaced the fields reserved for dimensions on the Neck/Fingerboard tab with drop-down lists. The lists contain all values previously entered in the respective field.
Main screen:
* Modified Scale Length column to display scale length range where the build is a multi-scale instrument.
* Added Start Date column.
